When you send a booking request or a message we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred dates, number of guests and your message. We also store a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address to protect the form from spam; we never store your IP address itself.
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your request, organise your journey and send you the emails related to your booking.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to manage your journey and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Third parties
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. The website loads its fonts from Bunny Fonts, a European provider that does not use tracking cookies. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
